    Regarding Fowler he dropped down to the Championship to Cardiff I think and ended up playing in the A-League

    Premier League sides, West Ham and Sunderland have been put off signing Chris Wood, with Leeds demanding £15 million for their star man, according to ESPN.

    Wood has been a key part in Leeds’ success this season, netting 17 goals, which has helped propel the Peacocks into third position, well placed to return to the top flight.

    Leeds are keen to retain the New Zealand international as they feel he could be the difference between promotion or not.

    Scared me when I read that. £15m is nothing to these teams. Would they really sell out our chance of promotion for a few mill?

    It would be daft really, promotion is worth far more than 15 mill to the owners. Could still probably get that at the end of the season if the worst comes to the worst and we miss out.

    Yes, in very good spirits. Shouldn't be drinking pints really but as a one off ... <cheers> and it was a leaving do (and the mighty whites were on the TVs!!)
