It's highly unlikely we'd go back for Monk ,why would he come back to us ? he's making his mark with you and if he gets you promoted then thats a huge feather in his cap , we know the C/ship is a hard league to get out of and if he does then kudos to him. What we need if we're to having any chance of staying up is someone with experience in the league ,can motivate and tactically compete with some of the best managers around whether that will be enough remains to be seen. Our problem is the lack of depth in the squad and we've probably left it too late .Mismanagement by our Chairman has cost us and the effects will be felt for a long time .
