Any genuine investor will not do business with a convicted fraudster without very good indemnity against future claims of maladministration.

So he offered about twice what its actually worth based on cellinos most recent deluded valuation...
Not forgetting Brexit related currency issues reduced the amount the mad twat will actually get by about 20% by the time its converted into euros.

 

The reason why we have not had any interest from genuine investors is because no one with any sense would trust the crooks that have infested the club for the past ten or so years.

 

Chippy is right but simply sorted by doing real due diligence and make sure lawyers are liable if they fail to notice a hidden trap

 

Due diligence before the sale will not prevent a rent increase afterwards.

Rent has already been agreed until 2020 and rises in increments of 2% annually. A sale price has also been agreed and that too rises in increments cant remember at what % though

 

I know you are a wum , but LEEDS UNITED have never had a great ST brigade. Even in Sir Dons era he complained about attendances etc it was the outsiders that have remained more loyal
