Forza, you're right, Monk needs to go back to what he knows best in terms of formation. I alluded to it once before in another thread. He has got to realise pretty quick he is working with championship quality players. Remind me of Tony Adams when he went to lower league management, he couldn't accept that the players didn't have the quality to do what he was asking of them. Monk can't keep rotating players like the premier clubs do with their squads. In this league you have your best 11 and squad players are there to plug gaps short term when injuries / suspensions hit till the better players return. Needs to find his best team and stick with them or he won't be here long.
