photos of bucks and matt in a compromising situation and a bit of bribery mate. You want me banned then?
The only reason I get annoyed, is because I wouldn't slag people about anything. I would never get personal. But seeing that you think it's funny to slag your mates, I have to give it back. I realise that you are an a fishing mission..but sometimes you should wind it in IMO..
WORDS WORDS WORDS....why would I want you banned, I thought we were friends. Now turn it around, how many have YOU got banned
Haven't a clue.....you do seem to rush to the MODS a lot.........be it winding people up...thought we were friends..
Well this is a load of bollocks. Draw a line now lads. This conversation wouldnt be happening face to face as things get lost in translation on forums and what could have been a light hearted joke can come across different in text. Im not going to be condescending or tell grown men off as no ones really done anything wrong. I think its best left now before it escalates. Silly really
you have friends here, but you have been a complete arse for a couple of days....... It takes a friend to tell you that, and I know I risk a ban or others having a go at me for telling you so directly. So be it. In the meantime I will take a couple of days out so mods can decide if they want me gone. Chesh you better get your own ticket for brum mate, not sure if or whether I want to do this any more.
That's the problem with banter and why I try to avoid it, to be brutally honest I often get fed up trolling through the banter crap to get to the football opinions/gossip but it seems many members like to participate in banter/fishing so I assume it is just me and put up with it. It often gets too personal and it is no wonder things get taken the wrong way, not pointing fingers as there are a lot who seem to enjoy it...
I'm avoiding the other nonsensical stuff but a question wakes, how are we going to be better off with a bunch of owners rather than one. Certainly not the solution I was hoping for
Back to footy matters, I would worry about Chinese owners & whether they would pass the fappt. I would also worry about how they might change the club. That said, let's see how this develops.
Plus they wouldn't get ownership till January at earliest so another season of turmoil. Why can't these clowns do their takeover **** in time for assault on a new season rather than mid way through
Shaks, LiE, I think you're both right - and both wrong at the same time (I'm back! ). It depends what you look for in a winger, and of course what he's told to do by the Manager. I think we all hope a winger is about screaming down the wing to get crosses in, and score a few too. You have to say that he hasn't exactly set the heather alight in this respect, although he's had his moments. What he did do excellently, is run himself into the ground, screaming back to defend - which of course gives him less opportunity to attack! My guess is that he was 'acting under orders', as teams were going through our midfield like a hot knife through butter, and he helped to stop the rot with his efforts. There is no doubt in my mind that he made a very positive contribution to the team last season, right up until his legs went towards the end (remember Evans saying that we should bear in mind that he had played more games with us than he'd done in quite a while?). The proof of the pudding, as they say is in the eating. Now, with a more attack-minded manager, he might get more opportunity to show what he can do. I'm pretty sure that if he doesn't, he'll be out the door. Don't think Monk suffers fools gladly. EDIT (5 minutes later): Just read the rest of the thread & wish I hadn't posted now. Didn't realise I was in downtown Beiruit
In recent seasons there has been no point in us having a winger racing down the wing to curl a dangerous ball into the penalty box because : a) We are always outnumbered 3 defenders to any one of our forwards b) Our main striker (Wood) is not particularly good at headering the ball. c) NO OTHER midfielders would join in the attack.
