Even with those 3 clubs in our division next season Leeds will still have by far the biggest fan base in the Championship but as we well know fan base counts for nothing when it comes to getting promoted.

If it did the likes of Bournemouth, Swansea, Watford, Norwich etc wouldn't have gone up

The parachute payments are to cover the inflated wages the over rated pl players they have are on. That's all that does. As for Villa, they are very likely to do a Bolton and go down again. I watch a lot of pl football and those three clubs are rubbish. Most ex pl players don't even want to play in the championship so expect the bulk of their squads to be moved on with a large chunk of the parachute payments covering pay offs of contracts

Agree, Villa will be fightng for the drop. Norwich will likely do a Hull and be up there for most of the season but definitely not running away with it and outclassing opposition each week. Newcastle will walk the league I reckon if they come down, Sunderland would be more of an unknown at this level I think.
