All filed in date order and photocopied and given to judge, defence, prosecution. "if you will look at page 5 in your bundles please" etc. Leeds had nothing done, no process, no bundles, no actual investigation, zero as we don't have anyone with a HR credential. I doubt there is many to come out of the woodwork, this was a sex discrimination/unlawful sacking case. The majority of people who lost their jobs were dealt with properly. Personally i couldn't less about Ward or Redfearn who is said to have helped get rid of academy staff to secure his job. I can believe both her and Redfearn got to big for their boots. Ristac this is the football league not the Scottish league. We aren't gonna just march through the divisions like Rangers. **** me we struggled to get out of league one with in some peoples opinions a better group of players than we have now. LeedsinYork - I wouldn't expect us to. 5 Season from now... If Cellino is still here we will be between top of Div 1 and bottom half of championship having these same debates. If he went now and we started over with someone decent running us properly we would be talking about the real prospect of challenging. The season we had the minus 15 points with wonky eyes in charge and the couple of season following were far better than this.
With all due respect ristac no they weren't,there is a big step up between each league,the minus 15 season we had a team made up from players no one else wanted,they worked hard,gave 100% sure but was poor football in a low standard league.Nicky Ajose is the league 1 top goalscorer,with the Millwall electrician,none of them were [are] good enough for the championship.Would still be the same in 6-8 years time,we would be back in the championship wanting a big money man to push us on.
