Afternon Johhny, 4k is a lovely win!!! Shame you had to wait til the end of the season to collect though. Very few foregone conclusions these days.
I believe GFH own 17% of Leeds Utd. When Cellino took charge, he wiped out quite a few debts. GFH were unable to contribute to these debts, therefor Cellino took a slightly larger chunk. Don't think its all about wealth, its as much to do with having the right structures in place. If we still had Pearson pulling the strings in the background, it would be a much happier club, even with the bad results.
Lucy Ward's barrister says Leeds' case "a total shambles. No bundles, no proper notice of allegations. An ambush. They hide relevant facts"
Adam only does boxes. We aren't in a box on Saturday in the west stand but they have full hospitality in one of the suites... Years ago I spent a season watching games from a box Joshua Tetleys had in the South stand... The year we played Oldham in the playoffs. 85? Done East stand boxes three or four times and they are excellent because you sit in the stand. South stand boxes are behind glass and you might as well watch it on the tele in the corner. Was in a box at Millwall last year and it was better than anticipated....
It would be inappropriate to pick fault in their hospitality but yes. Seriously their food offering was really good.....
Lucy Ward has won her case for unfair dismissal. More to follow, but it's a sad indictment of the way #LUFC is being run Lucy Ward case: The Judge finds Massimo Cellino told Adam Pearson that the claimant had to leave the club Adam Pearson's and Stuart Hayton's evidence declared not credible by the Judge. The Judge said the former Leeds United executive director Adam Pearson was "evasive" in giving his testimony.
So Cellino has caused Pearson to be branded a liar and ruin his reputation. That won't have come cheap.....
Funny that!!! a club thats supported by a big bunch of girls gets accused of being sexist please log in to view this image Sorry Olof i know i said i wouldn't put ya pic up but hey!!!
All perfectly logical Forza. I suspect the protesters havent either thought the whole situation through or are incapable of thinking it through. Who in their right mind is going to agree to stump up the 27m GFH are owed after buying Cellino out, then buy Elland Road and then a training ground. Itd probably be cheaper to buy Leicester City and theyre in the Champions League
Hmmmm.... No. I'm wondering why (as Pearson was no longer at the club) why he would have wanted to help out Cellino anyway.
There goes another chunk of the club's transfer budget for next year. Why does Cellino contest these things? His and his lawyers record on court cases are not great. Loses more than the team does
Forced to appear as a material witness...... As an ex director he has to attend if called. Why he would then lie for Cellino there could be thousands of reasons. ££££££££££££
