The only goon squad we've ever had was in Bates time. Remember Bates? Your mate that you want to run this club?

I don't ant him to run the club, although he would do a better job than Cellino IMO.

You seem to be having an attack of hyperbole. I arnt going to engage further until you rediscover rationality.

He's either paid Mike a visit or forgot to take his Mensa meds - gone off on one for no apparent reason today.

I get it I am the anti Christ..... But consider this advice. Have a private word with those whose opinion you value and ask them if you have gone tonto on this! It looks way out of proportion to me. :emoticon-0150-hands

Parkin would be better jumping into bed with Cellino than them 2, both brilliant spokesman but in reality don't have much money!

He might use them to run Leeds if he does invest but it's absolutely pointless him partnering up with them

Totally agree about verity and Farnan. both say they can bring investors on board but all that means is complexity and a bloody committee structure at the top of the club...

With respects Ristac, and no malice,

McContract wanted to leave, let's not forget McContract was the one who contacted SKY News and put himself in shop window. Cellino told McContract no when McGreedy told him he wanted a transfer. Only reason Cellino sold McWallet was because he suggested 10 mill would get McGreedy, saying it tongue in cheek at time.

When you weigh up the odds, which Cellino probably did, Leeds get 10 mill for a striker who wants to leave, probably good business in any mans language.

McContract went to Fulham cos he thought they'd go straight back up to prem, it backfired on him, recently, we hear McGreedy told Fulham he's played his last game for them cos he wants to be sold to Middlesboro, who are at moment promotion contenders.

Do we, or did we really need a player like that......:emoticon-0148-yes:

Asking 10 million tongue in cheek for a player and getting it does not make you a good businessman. Firstly you admit yourself, it was said tongue in cheek, the idiots were Fulham or were they?

They have a goal scorer, we didn't replace him, instead we have an owner who fails to replace a goal scorer (and who sold Smith) and who the previous season issued instructions not to play Antenucci as it would trigure a clause.

This season we get offered money for Antenucci (who can't hit a barn door), we hold on to him knowing his contract will soon be up all because we still have not addressed the problem with lack of strikers.
So I ask if you believe Cellino is a good businessman, to back up your claim that he must be you use the sale of Ross...

The majority of your post is assumption based, we have stories calling Ross greedy and we have conflicting ones saying it was Cellino but moving on from that...

    1) You said yourself, he asked that price tongue in cheek, he didn't really have to use any business skills did he?
    2) He also sold or released Smith, Poleon, Hunt and Varney, Ross was a goal scorer and he wasn't replaced, we were left short on goal scorers and strikers.
    3) Cellino said the money would be used to buy the ground back, when it wasn't used for that why didn't Cellino use the money to replace Ross
    4) Coach was instructed not to play Antenucci because it could trigure a clause. Due to us being STILL short on strikers we couldn't cash in on Antenucci in January so instead he walks on a free in June.
    5) Redfearn, Hockaday, Rosler, Darko how much have severance payments cost the club.
    6) Thinks he is being clever introducing apie tax but thick enough to being filmed admitting it was to get at the fans.
    7) Gets caught out lying about date changes for matches when alternatives were on the table.
    8) So good with his business skills and handling of Byram he has to take a lower offer from West Ham over Evertons bid.

Cellino is NOT a good business man...

Getting rid of Poleon & Varney was a bad thing? I'd have given him a medal for that! :D

    Just highlighting striker shortage <ok>

Cellino has done a few things good for the club, we needed his money at the start and as much as nobody wants to admit it, was it any different to needing Bates money on day one.

Cellino has had a go, he has failed, he needs to sell up now. If he isn't going to sell up he needs to step back from all team affairs and back Evans in the signings he wants.

I still don't like Evans but I am impressed with his own signings and his transformation of Doukara

Is there a multi millionaire ready to buy and fund the team then ? Only seen 3-4 got no money fools wanting the club given to them so far. Can't sell unless there is a buyer with money, and so far there isn't.
