Good Morning Everyone,

Evans says 2014-15 accounts will be "nothing short of remarkable." So what are they likely to show?

How does he know? Did he audit them?

Is it any of his business?

Is he getting too involved in 'off the field' affairs



Sol Bamba has been told he can leave Elland Road!

Newcastle, Sunderland and Wolves are interested in signing the 31 yo.

When he first joined, he would have been the first name on the team sheet, so what has happened?

A figure of 2m is being banded about!

Is he worth that?



Bianchi should complete his loan move to Ascoli today. The Italian never really made it happen at ER.

Mike Farnan confirmed on twitter last night that Steve Parkin wants to buy Leeds United, and is not invest in a minority stake.

He also confirmed Steve Parkin wants to do the deal alone, not with a consortium.

Is that why he has been seen at ER regularly recently?
 
Evans says he is looking to sign more players before the end of the transfer window.

He told Radio Yorkshire: "I don’t control the finance, the president controls the finance, but I am always asked what I think and at the minute I want to think that I don’t want to lose anyone.

"I want to think we’re going to add, if anything.

"Of course that’s the main group, there’s always one or two that if people come to take them we’ll shake their hand and wish them luck.

"They’re good players, but not for Leeds United going forward."

Morning Elland. Interim accounts have been lodged so that explains how Evans knows. Cellino also told the YP last years losses could be below 2m, down from 24m the previous year. They are remarkable figures which will of course soon be disputed to suit various agenda. I'm not surprised Bamba is on the way out. His drunken video posted on social media was anything but impressive. I'm not saying it's the reason, but it would make any boss or coach cringe. Looks like we're not getting another striker but hey ho, no real surprise. Probably a waste of time till the summer

Morning Eire, havn't seen Bamba's drunken antics. I'll have to take a look. Bamba doesn't seem the kind.

Newcastle have made some amazing signings this window, but on the whole January is a waste.

Not sure on Bamba, normally I would say rip their arm off for £2m but do we have enough cover at the back?

What are we supposed to do, line up 3-6-1 just crazy how we continue to sign midfield players and ignore where we are lacking.

Several months ago we were wondering who we would sign as a reserve keeper, we still haven't addressed that either.

Evans wants more players, Cellino saying unlikely. Will Evans crawl out from Cellinos backside soon and tell us how it really is rather than the PR puke.

Maybe Cellino can see promotion isn't happening, maybe he is less confident about his appeal, maybe his money is drying up, with a bit of luck maybe he is on the verge of selling us...

Morning ristac, 2m is great, but as you were saying, we have NO cover, perhapsBridcutt or Dave could cover?

3-6-1 would confuse the opposition.

Farnan is stating something that has been known for years, Steve does want to buy Leeds but he needs access to the books which Cellino isn't allowing him.

So to gain access to the books he will need to buy 10% but this won't happen until the summer at the earliest.

Clipper is currently flourishing and he doesn't want to stop running that so he isn't in a rush

Sell Bamba if Beradi is near fit, I couldnt care less if I see Bamba in our shirt again. Wooton is then CB cover with Coyle covering the right back slot. Still leaves us a bit short mind.

Blimey, Bamba was the flavour of the month when he joined, what's happened? Still not keen on Wooton though. Although to be fair to him he seems to playing ok at the moment..morning Bucks..<ok>

Morning mate <ok> We signed Wooton as a centre back and I used to cringe when I saw him in as a RB, but he has improved a lot IMO. A decent run a CB and you never know.

As for Sol, yes I thought he was a saviour when he joined, exactly what we had been missing for years. Then he forgot how to stand up without falling over, maybe it was the drink <laugh>

Morning all

If we sell Bamba, we'll buy a replacement, we are now entering crazy point in the transfer window. 2 million for Bamba is something I would take.

Evans says he still wants a striker, a CB and a winger
