Good Morning Everyone,

With the emergency loan window slamming shut this Thursday, does Steve Evans have a hope in hell of bringing anything in?

As in previous seasons, could we be leaving it to the last minute?

Why do we always do that?

Is it worth bringing Bridcutt and a-another in?

After Saturdays defeat against high flying <doh> Rotherham, is there anyone who doesn't believe that we are in a dog fight?

Why ow why did we not bring Barton in???

Would somebody with a bit of bite have made much difference?

Charlie Taylor will resume training again today, having recovered from glandular fever.

With Berardi expected to receive a two game ban for violent conduct, you'd think that Evans will have no choice but throw him straight into the starting XI at Loftus Road on Saturday.

Here's a question?

Who has been our best Manager in the last 10 years?

Kevin Blackwell

John Carver

David Geddes

Dennis Wise

Gwyn Williams

Gary McAllister

Simon Grayson

Neil Warnock

Brian McDermott

Dave Hockaday

Darko Milanic

Neil Redfearn

Uwe Rosler

Morning Matt and all. Best management team for me included Denis Wise but he was no good on his own. Bates actually had things going in right direction back then. As for loanees, why would they want to come to us and if they're ones that can't get into bottom of the pl clubs they might as well stay where they are. The loan system hasn't, doesn't and won't ever work for us. We're run in a shoestring, that's why Barton's not with us. He wouldn't accept the peanuts we'd be offering. Now Matt, like a good chap, get cracking on the mission I've set you

No loans without Cellino cash and can't see that happening if he's selling. Best manager in recent times was Grayson without doubt given support from Bates would have won promotion to the prem 4 seasons ago. Remember we were top of the league at Xmas and been in the top 6 since season kicked off. Grayson needed 3 new signings at Xmas and bates said no and why when we're top of the league. We all know what happened as the wheels came off and we finished 7th. Grayson was sacked shortly after because he was pissed off and Bates used the relationship thing as excuse.

Season after season we die a slow death because we wont spend money on decent players who can put their foot on the ball in the middle. We watch massive clubs like Watford, Derby, Brighton, Hull, Brentford invest ffs I have almost had enpugh for another season

Morning Eire, Barton was a freebee. 25k a free on a 12 month contract should be a foregone conclusion.

Morning Doc, I don't know why Grayson has not been seriously considered since Bates' reign. Maybe he wouldn't want to come on....

Morning all, I believe Barton would have made a huge difference but we shall never know as for loans, no don't bother.

How excited were we about landing Buckley and what has he done?

This time last season yes we landed Bamba but we also managed to get quite a few loans that just never worked out including N'Goyi

No prolific goal scorer is going to be allowed to leave their club and that is what we lack, as for midfield, we have an International named Sloth who can't get a game.

If Taylor isn't match fit then we are going to have to use Coyle at RB and Wootton CB with Cooper out left, a disaster waiting to happen because we are overflowing with midfield players and have very little in reserve at the back.

We still haven't sorted out a reserve keeper!!

Best manager Grayson followed by Wise/Poyet combo.

Good morning Matt and co from a very frosty Bardsey
Simon had an interview with MC before Hockaday was made manager. He said he loved the club and everyone including Deam Hoyle knew this but he refused to rejoin when he was told he had no say in transfers
so I have put this one to bed
Who was the best manager by a country mile Simon he wanted to bring in Mcarthur for 600k and McCarthy for 400k both from Scotland look how much they were sold for by Wigan that was BATES again
Rumour has it that we are after Taverner from Rangers a full back well my grandson would be better than Wootton who I think is useless at best
Can Bamba play with a broken toe why not? Charlie Taylor should he play I doubt it to soon so Cooper will play left back at QPR
Will we sign anyone er NO should we get rid YES
Can Bricutt do the same job as Barton for much less money and 5 years younger I think so

Perhaps Sloth just does not work for us. Putting my tin hat on, did anyone watch the class of 92 documentary, young lad there couldn't even get on the bench at Salford, but 1 of the Nevilles took him to train at scum and they signed him on a 18 month contract. Sometimes its horses for courses.

Morning ristac,
Really disappointed by Buckley, he's done fook all.

Bamba and Gradel are the only two loanees that have worked out for us.

Sloth, yeah, I remember him...

Wouldn't mind blooding in Coyle.

Somebody needs to shoot Wootton to stop Evans from selecting him

He wasn't that great - had the biggest and most expensive squad in the division the year before and failed in spectaluar fashion <ok>

The documentary was excellent.
Great to see scholes and the ugly brothers putting something back into the game that made them wealthy.
But Giggs he can just feck right off!

Surely your best manager is Redders as he has a 100% win rate at ER this season <laugh>

Not being sold this year now...

According to Sky Sports, Massimo Cellino has opted against selling Leeds United this year, despite a number of offers being put forward to him.

The Italian businessman told Sky last week that six different buyers had come forward with offers for the Yorkshire-club, and it appeared as if one particular party were coming close to a deal with Cellino.

Link above, nice to read the fans reaction on Twitter to another lie...

As someone else pointed out, is it an excuse to give him time to sell and cash in on a couple of players in January

If the south stand can summon up the energy (apathy has taken over) when we lose the next two he will hear of a protest that makes the anti bates one look like a tea party.
