Good Morning Everyone,

Well done to the u21's. They beat Coventry's U21'S last night. Here at some highlights:

There are 6 interested parties that would like to take the reins at Elland Road. One interested party is said to be Steve Parkin.

Parkin has a net wealth of just over 100m, and runs a successful logistics company in Leeds. In addition to this he also has a property portfolio and is heavily involved in greyhound racing.

Cellino has mentioned that he would prefer to sell to a Leeds based group. Could he be hinting at something?

Cellino has also confirmed that a Leeds based businessman wants to go into partnership with him. Obviously, that would mean that Cellino would stay.

Thoughts?

Simon O'Rourke has written a very interesting article that Red Bull have lost patience and are not prepared to wait any longer. They will switch their attention elsewhere.

Were Red Bull interested in the first place? You know what they say 'no smoke without fire'!

Leeds have already been scheduled for 10 live broadcasts this season between August and January, the joint highest number selected by Sky Sports for television.

An investigation by The Yorkshire Post has revealed that United averaged over 150,000 more viewers than any other club in the Championship when shown at 12.30pm on Saturday, in the period between February 2013 and February 2014.

Leeds averaged 427,000 viewers for their games in the Saturday slot, compared to 275,000 for games in the rest of the second tier, not including United. The most popular broadcast not featuring Leeds and shown at 12.30pm on a Saturday was the match between QPR and Burnley on February 1, 2014, which attracted 423,000 viewers.

Morning all. More worrying is according to some of your tabloid rags, Cellino is still under investigation re the Adryan transfer and could end in a points deduction. Im sure TC will be along later with his version of that story

Steve Parkin is a massive Leeds fan but he aint getting involved unless with a couple of partners who are high net worth people. I'm in Logisitcs and know Steve and what his old company do and who the new CEO is. Steve has said that it would take £100m to sort out the issues at Leeds and he isn't prepared to gamble all his wealth on a throw of the dice, he already said that its not fair on his family and kids being left with nothing. So he will deal with right people because he loves the club.

Red Bull would be great for us and forget all the balls about name change of the club etc, not going to happen and they wouldn't expect it to happen because they understand tradition over here. They will however repurchase ER and rename it which is great Red Bull Elland Road, but they would sell the ground and get rid of TA and have a purpose built complex built near to Temple Newsome on the M1. The original Coca Cola plans are still viable and makes great sense as the club would get the sale of ER and a brand new complex for the academy and fans.

Something will have to give soon, but we need some stability and selling to a fans group or a load of get rich quick businessmen like Haigh etc is a joke and look at Rangers to see what happens

Morning Eire, shame they can't use their resources to re investigate 1975 and the events in Paris. Knowing our luck, they'll deduct points for crowd violence...

Morning Doc, so would Parkin being part of LUDC be a good thing cos Glory does not think so?

Steve Parkin made his cash from using his head and if he did anything as part of a consortium it would need to be with someone he knew and trusted and with plenty of cash. Pearson and Parkin + another 1 or 2 big hitters works as Pearson would run the club in the interests of the board and fans. However I emphasise big hitters from Yorkshire that all know each other, as £100m minimum is required. Don't forget Due Dilligence and whilst GFH are holding 25% they are detrimental to any deal being done with anyone as they want to make a lot of cash for their shares. They aint bothered that the shares have little value right now and will get worse the longer this drags on. I for one wouldn't do a deal with GFH so the club stays with Cellino

Good morning to Matt and co from an overcast Bardsey
The sooner the sale goes through the better and leave Steve alone we need stability now the ship has been righted leave well alone o that front.
What has happened to Bridcutt surely we need to see how he blends and playing him at Wycombe is one way

Im only guessing at the Bridcutt thing but I believe Cellino has so many distractions at the moment, transfers have maybe been put towards the bottom of the pile. I think Cellinos priorities change by the day probably

Correct I will be along.
Cellino is also under investigation for the Ross McCormack transfer for paying a bung to an unlicensed agent - Cellino's defense was that he "still didn't know how English football worked"

Morning Mike, if the Bridcutt deal has not happened by ow, it seems unlikely...
