Ristac I would normally deal with this type of issue privately. However the reason I replied to Glory for all to see was because he wanted the discussion to remain where all could see. If both u & he put Leeds60 on ignore & other fans stopped quoting him ..... he would lose his ability to have a spat with you & get bored. Problem solved ... but neither of you seem to be willing to try this. I have written a very clear warning to Leeds60 about his behaviour on here via PM .... what he decides to do about it is yet to be seen. i am not taking side or blaming anyone as that never leads to solutions. As a mod on here it would be useful if you are unhappy with me or my suggestions for it to be discussed on the mod board rather than trying to undermine my actions on here.
Good morning Minxy 1) First I am not unhappy with anyone I was just sharing an opinion. Like I said we are all different and we all handle things the way we see best, I accept this will leave some happier than others. Your reply on the board suggested two people were at fault, the problem is much deeper than two people, I don't believe you replying openly was the problem, it was the tarnishing all with the same brush approach without looking too deeply (that's how it felt and if I have got that wrong I am sorry). 2) I have been ignoring him, his attention turned to a couple of others one being a member who has now left. It is also hard and unreasonable to expect every member not to quote Leeds60 when he makes a valid reply to the Good Morning thread and throws in a remark like "The Anti Christ" a member might have missed that little snipe but I take your point and suggestion on board. 3) Just for the record I don't wish to see anyone banned, knowing that a message to behave has been sent out was all myself and I am guessing many others wished to hear. 4) I don't quite understand why you believe I am trying to undermine you, I assure you that was not my intention, I do know your reply (rightly or wrongly) to Glory was the final straw for him. I didn't know a mod board existed or that I have access to it? I VERY rarely visit other boards and join in on the banter, general chat I popped into once and hated it, I tend to stick on here. I have no hard feelings towards any of the mods, I do believe we are all entitled to an opinion and I do accept we are all different
Sorry Ristac .... thought you were one of the mods on here .... my mistake Glory can't accuse a mod on here of not doing his job properly (ie sitting on the fence) without expecting a response from a super-mod. Glory was the one who decided to make his part public. I would have been much happier keeping all this in PMs
