The Breakfast Debate

I took one of those card to Menorica a couple of years ago, the wife sorted it all I didnt have a clue. Seemed good value though if it covers you!

Had a major blip when Mrs Eire fell down Steps and took a bad Blow to head. We spent a night at a and e at local hospital. Alls ok now thankfully.
Glad to hear all is now Okay, hope she makes a speedy recovery <ok>

I would still be happy with a few more signing under our belt but I'd gladly take a few loanees or signing of trial players.
I too think we could do with a couple more quality players, we still have a few too many players who probably won't feature much.

I like the thought that Pearson is giving Cellino a lot of credit which means we have a solid back office operation and don't need to worry about Cellino's next casualty
And hoping it stays that way, my fear is that we could be one slow start away from him losing patience and as Bucks said, wielding that sharp axe.

If Ristac is happy then something right must be going on.
Now I'm really worried .... Ristac is positive <laugh><laugh>

Previous seasons I have not been and when the end of those seasons arrive my doubts have been proved right <ok>

I like to believe I say it as I see it and for me this season is looking much better. If there is one downside this is where we should have been at 12 months ago, I see this as our solid building block squad and if we hold it all together next season with a couple of additions we should be pushing for promotion.

There's another plus maybe also. Previously owners have either been shy of spending or didn't have any to spend. Cellino does look willing to in a prudent way. Pearson said that yesterday that the Wood deal was near dead bur Cellino stumped up the required 3m. That would not have happened in the last decade

Eire I'm glad the missus has fully recovered mate, but I know everyone wants to ask the question , but daren't. ......... When she was unconscious did you dabble with her <cool>

By the way, people asking about the Danny Rose sell on fee.

According to Phil Hay we receive 10% of whatever profit would be made, which would be significant as he went there for just 1mil

Morning gents. Nearing end of relaxing couple of weeks. Had a major blip when Mrs Eire fell down Steps and took a bad Blow to head. We spent a night at a and e at local hospital. Alls ok now thankfully. And before anyone suggests it, no she didn't trip over my armchair
Glad to hear she's on the mend Eire...<ok> I know how she feels........

opinion of an neutral fan.

1-Leeds looked a good side played some good football
2-Bamba,what a player, controled everything and won every chalenge.
3-Wood looked class and will do well,if he keeps that up.
4-Leeds fans loud,Everton fans never heard them sing at all.

Now I know this sounds like a Chesh match report, but no

Not quite a neutral TBH,Everton fan I work with who went the game.<yikes> hope he's right.<applause>

Expected excuses about weak team etc etc but no thought it was a reasonable Everton team although he said they lacked Heart and didn't go full on.

Hope the missus is ok, Eire. Did you get her a 'permission to fly' chitty from the doc? Should be ok, but sometimes the airlines insist on it if you have a visible injury.
