Good Morning Everyone,

Sporting Director Nicola Selerno will be back in Leeds tonight. He has been speaking to Popey, and quoted as saying "I'm hoping that someone will explain the situation."

You're not the only one...

Here are another couple of messages from sporting journalists :-

Stan Collymore has said: "This isn't me being wise after, when Massimo Cellino first got involved I said look at this guy's track record, it is going to end in disaster.

"Look at the shambles. Neil Redfearn is a guy that's been in the game a long time, he must wake up every morning and think he's involved in a circus."

Alarm bells ring at [HASHTAG]#lufc[/HASHTAG] as cowardice and anarchy undermine Neil Redfearn @ his talented graduates.

Why is it always Leeds Utd?

Meanwhile, Cellino has been talking to the Sun, and had this to say “I am not a coward and not the sort of guy who tells his players to go on strike. I only found out on Friday evening. I admit it looks weird. But if the players were injured, why didn’t the manager inform the chairman? This looks like a fight between manager Neil Redfearn and the ownership of the club, which is not good.”

If Cellino is staying on and walking back into the boardroom, it's curtains for Redfearn. Redders has decided to pick a fight he can't win and it makes no difference if he has a few journos on his side. Nobody outside the club know what the fook is going on and even us who are fairly close struggle. What are the facts:

1) We have a coach who did well with the kids promoted to the first team.
2) he couldn't hack it without an assistant which is fair enough
3) His assistant gets suspended for what we don't know, and it could be serious or it could be a fit up/punishment for Redders.
4) Redders has lost the squad and results have been worse than ever.
5) Redders has favourites and a few squad players who deserve a chance are being sidelines whilst his favourites play.
6) Redders doesn't know how to get his attacking option set up, or what is the best striker combination or lone front man option.
7) Redders has vented his spleen behind the scenes and in the press which means he's dead man walking, and will not get his old job back.

The rest is speculation and we may not like it but Collymore and Winter will make no difference

Good Morning Matt Neil and co from a very sunny BardseyI only wished the sun shone at ER !
Redders is a deadman walking and it wouldn't surprise anyone if he left before the last game remember they have to tell him before the Rotherham game whether they will renew his contract
Montenegro scores 3 yesterday why oh why hasn't the lad been given a chance it stinks
What does Collymore know about loyalty he signed for a Spanish club got over 1m signing on fee played one game and then walked out on them so much for loyalty!

Morning all. Ive said it on numerous occasions but as long as 25k fans keep turning up week in week out, owners will do as they please. Cellino intends to be at last game of the season. Leave him with a near empty stadium for the game and see how long hell hang around. Fill it to the rafters and hell consider it a vote of confidence

Or maybe they just want to see Rotherham pick up 3 points to send the wall down

Ben Parker the kid we all expected to be great, but ruined and went to Carlisle and all over and doing nothing. Just like Aidy over the last few years, the only ones that have done anything were Delph and Howson (Maybe), so all the bigbollocks talk of our fantastic academy these days is meaningless until we see the kids progressing like we had under Wilko and Hart. Will Mowatt, Dawson, Cooke, Byram make it big, maybe Cooke, and I do hope they all do, but history doesn't show they will

Maybe its the standard of players around them making them look so good to us?

Morning all <ok>

I think Bradley Johnson's done well. Norwich will struggle to hold onto him if they dont go up IMO.

Not a fan of Collymore then?

When I was working for Cadbury 20 years ago, I helped his brother in law launch a franchise Cadbury business near Cannock, near Stafford

We haven't really had that many coming through and playing regular games though really and also take into consideration we were in league 1 when the last batch did come through, maybe made em look better than they were. Delph played regularly as did howson, Parker sort of did but it was a case of injuries got to him and I think he would've done better if he didn't have those issues, maybe not prem though, we were in league 1. Other than that Lees played consistently, he's still in champ and apparently doing better than he ever did with us. White always was ****, never saw anything in him. Everyone else (unless im forgetting someone big) isn't even worth mentioning before these new academy lads have started contributing to the first team.

In my honest opinion, Mowatt won't make it higher than the champ, if he does it'll be lower prem. He is too slow off the mark and he is average in many areas of his game. Byram might make it lower prem but is suspect defensively and I thought that even before his injury. Decent enough going forward butprobably not capable of playing out the rest of his career as a winger because he doesn't have that change of pace and isn't all that good getting past a player with tricks. Taylor could make it, I probably haven't seen enough of him to be sure but he seems solid. Cook imo. will go to the top though, maybe some bias but he just seems so far ahead and his maturity is unmatched by any player I have seen of his age. Only injury or being too loyal to us will stop him (not that I can see loyalty stopping him). He has a lot more going for him than Delph did i think.

I think you will find Luke Garbutt has done exceptionally well at Everton sold byBATES for peanuts talk of him having an international career

Well again though, in terms of say southampton its not exactly even close to the same level. You can count on one hand how many times Garbutt has played for Everton and he is 21 years old. Not saying he won't have a good career but its hard to say he has done exceptionally well yet

Played in Europe
Played in the Prem
Due a run out for England

Only problem he has had is Baines ahead of him
