morning all

I'm going to say it now and I'll say it when the season is over. This season has been a shower of **** from start to finish.

Kissa's right we need to change formation but I doubt we could do after we sold who we sold and basically replaced with the CM. There were screams of Wide players from people but all we got was Adryan and Sloth.

What Norwich have had over the last few seasons is good coaches who have been able to sign the players they wanted. Lambert might still have a job if he hadn't gone to Villa.

I pray more and more Cellino sell up and the new owner brings in a British Manager who will allow him to bring his own players in
Afternoon Wolves, well said pal.

Something else to add, the fill in options (playing CB at RB, playing RB at LB etc.) can work but only for odd game here and there. Redders has built his first team on the philosophy that any player can play anywhere on the pitch and it just does not work like that

Redfearn seems to be trying to implement the Dutch Total Football philosophy of the 70's which Ajax also used to great success but you're right, we don't have the players for it to work.

They had world class players like Cruyff and Neeskens, we've got Morison and Murphy etc

Why?

To narrow your question down... Why do we have 2 full backs out on the wings. That line us is ****ed as anything.

When we played this formation under Grayson at least we had two winger who went forward and we could use Gradel as a striker. I don't think the English game is suited to that formation and tatics. Too many defensive players

Silvestri, Byram, Pearce, Bulesci, Warnock, Rm, Mowatt, CM, Monty, Sharp and Antenucci

Well done Shaks, couldn't remember Mike Whitlow. Snodin's haircut <yikes>

Murphy and Byram have gone off the boil in recent times. Play Taylor in his proper position. Get rid of Sharp, he's as useful as a chocolate teapot.

---------------------------Silvestri---------------------------
Wooton---Bamba---Bellusci--Del Fabro----Taylor

------------Sloth----------Adrian-----------Mowatt---

--------------Antenuci-----------Doukara--------------

Can tell you didn't watch the game last night mate

Byram and Murphy worked their arses off and do not deserve to be dropped.

Mowatt needs a rest he is knackered and didn't do a thing yesterday.

and Berardi has been my most improved player in the last 6 games.

He deserves a shot in his favoured RB position :)
