Good morning indeed. I'll take this to be a joke, or that you simply misread or misinterpreted (see what I did there?) this:
The Commission reiterates that we found Mr Jerome to be a truthful witness who honestly believed that he had been racially abused.

He believed (sic) he had been racially abused, since when did the word negro constitute racial abuse?

Since the FA, Bellusci's legal team and Jerome's legal team agreed it were:

"There was no dispute that the word “negro” was both insulting and racially abusive. If we found that that insult had been used, an Aggravated Breach of FA Rule E3(1) would be established pursuant to Rule E3(2)."

"No dispute" here means that Bellusci's lawyers, in their submissions, would have specifically stated that the assertion by the claimant's lawyers that "negro" was racially abusive was not disputed - i.e. that they agreed with it. Then the judging panel would have assessed this submission, noted that Bellusci's lawyers were not arguing this as a point of law, and have agreed too. That's why they say if Bellusci had used the word "negro" then he definitely would have been guilty. I think we can all agree that fortunately, he didn't.

So basically everyone involved agrees it is. Except, presumably based on your post, you.

    Morning all

The whole Jermome Vs Bellussici was he said she said. Nothing more the FA can do in my eyes. Bellussi can sue Jermome for defamation of character but that's about it from my understanding of the law. The word Negro is Racist because it has the same conatations as the other N word used by popular Hip Hop artists.

As for Bradford City, I'll write to the BBC to campaign for them to keep Bradford City off TV. Look North are so obsessed with the club that a BCFC player can't take a city without a reporter telling up the colour, smell and shape.

Did anybody else know that the Supporters Clubs were trying to buy the £25% that GFH own?

It's a scam similar to that lust tried. Some self appointed mouthpiece just wants others to buy him a seat on the board. Elanora sports has first refusal on GFH shares as part of the existing deal.

They are a sensitive bunch. As you know we call sandwiches, sambos for short and if a place is full we say it's black in here. No racism intended in any of those words..

You used to be able to collect golliwog tokens off chivers jam jars for a golliwog doll. Then they banned them. In Ireland we had an ice cream called a golly bar, it was just a block of vanilla ice cream on a stick.

Jerome misheard what Bellusci said, so it's clear that he acted 'in good faith' and is not guilty of anything on the books. Therefore no charge can be laid at his door.

The FL can't prove that he was being frivolous, however they should take note of his track record of complaining about racist abuse, and failing to make it stick. I don't care who gets costs awarded, as they can all afford it, although I'm curious as to who pays the costs.

I personally don't understand why people get so uptight about being called names. I was bought up in the 'sticks & stones' era, so nothing bothers me. I do however note with dismay that some of my fellow countrymen get very upset at being called 'Jocks', far less 'Sweaties'. I just don't understand it. I wonder how long the term 'black' will be the preferential address. Probably until it's realised that the majority who insist on it's use are actually brown. Asian and Mediterranean types are often 'blacker' than the 'blacks'! Perhaps I should be outraged at being called 'white' & insist on my rightful title of 'pink with brown freckles'.

Have I just been racist, or expressed common sense? If I've been racist, then I apologise, but tbh, I'm not sure what I'm apologising for.

It will depend on what the clubs agreed when we sold Pearce to Wigan if you remember when we sold McQueen to MU he was not allowed to play against us that season hence my remarks re Pearce
