    For someone who claims to know a lot of the goings on TC,you know **** all.He doesn't he's put up 15m and asked them to put up 5m.As a payment is due on his purchase,he's just asking them to rein vest rather than pocket the cash.

    Worse thing is that buyers have to

    a) Have cash deposit

    b) cash to pay estate agents

    c) cash to pay solicitors

    d) cash to pay removals

    e) cash to pay stamp duty (you can't add the £4000 for a property you'd buy at £200,000) to the mortgage
