I see your point. Sooner or later a team will come along and prize him away, this will mean that Cellino can stop paying his wages. A Manager won't want to be in the wilderness for two year. It would make it very difficult for him to get employment when his contract runs out.
Hmmm ... it is a fcuking dirty way of doing business, and does it mean that at some point we have ten sacked managers all on garden leave? Cellino is playing roulette with our club, and one thing it does mean is we will struggle to attract any manager of quality because they will know its a waste of time ... no manager worth his salt will be given three years to make Leeds great again ... Cellino has fcuked up non stop and its hurting us, starting with the bizarre appointment of Hockaday which is still affecting us, because had he appointed a decent manager in the Summer and left him in place at least until January I bet we'd be doing so much better ... oh, and stop with the Football Manager mentality, our club is not a fcuking PC game Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
