Very good mate, been on and off for 10 years over there, met some cracking people and made some very good friends from all over. Very excited to be back at Elland Rd for the season with my best mate though.

Welcome aboard and looks like you might have picked the right time for your Elland Road comeback <ok>

Supposedly Celino wants 4 players in by Saturday. Looks like Sorenson and Ajose will be 2 and 3. Ranger and this french dude that Jock mentioned on the rumour thread will be number 4 and possibly number 5

French guy is a dead parrot. We're not interested, apparently.

Ajose won't be on a short term deal, that's for sure ... agree Ranger will at most get three months to see if he settles and gets fit, don't understand why he didn't feature in the friendlies or Blazing Squad games ... Batty was some player, destructive in breaking up play, fantastic first touch and excellent passer, if he played for Scum or Victimpool he would have been lauded as one of the great midfielders, but the rubbish media refused to give him the recognition he deserved ... anyone know what Batty is doing nowdays?

I'm sure someone mentioned that he was a butcher somewhere on the east coast.

Thanks for the welcome lads.

Millwall for promotion?? Maybe if they tip the table upside now in may. About as much chance as Blackpool and Rotherham.

"His spell with the League One club was affected by injuries and saw him move on loan several times but he scored 17 goals for Peterborough and Swindon Town last season"

Not bad record, decent squad signing imo who could improve, gamble worth taking seeing as I doubt he cost much <ok>

20 goals in 95 games at League 1 level (just under 1 in 5) is not a bad record until you compare with players like Morison who scored 20 in 43 in League 1 (almost 1 in 2) , Beckford scored 81 in 138, Becchio 30 in 82.
Ajose has a worse record than Billy Payner (74 in 246)

Who knows with all our new players, but I think things are looking up at Leeds. Some good players in. Not sure Millwall have enough in their squad to stay up.

Makes sense TC until you notice that he is only 22 and when you compare him with all them at 22 you will see is way more prolific than any of them were.<ok>

Welcome to the loony bin Cas...after Saturdays result we won't hear from them till Feb...

All looking forward to your Saturday massacre are we <ok> this board will be sooooo funny Saturday night reading all the Cellino out threads <laugh>

I will be pissed by then Mighty, so I won't remember the result till I get the Sun papers..........

Have you noticed a common link with all of your new players?

Not one of them was a regular at their old clubs - In fact, some of them have never played above junior level.
Ajose couldn't even get into the Peterborough side FFS <laugh>

Exciting times indeed <whistle>

Which makes it all the more embarrassing for you when the Wall get beaten at home.......

Leeds United have agreed a deal for Nicky Ajose, who could still be joined at Elland Road by Nile Ranger, Sky Sports understands.
Ajose is arriving for an undisclosed fee from Peterborough United.
The former Manchester United winger has barely featured for the Posh since joining in 2011.
Ajose has spent most of his time out on loan at Sc**thorpe, Chesterfield, Crawley, Bury and last season at Swindon.
He impressed hugely at the County Ground with five goals in 12 games.
But now Leeds have made their move and have agreed a fee for Ajose, who is due to undergo a medical.
It is also understood that Ranger, who was also at Swindon Iast season, is in talks over a short-term deal.

The Nile Ranger link won't go away...

Please for the love of cider, don't sign that scumbag N.R.........:emoticon-0101-sadsm
