I think Eire that a lot of us feel that there's a hidden agenda against the Mighty Whites, be it from the football authorities or media, when it comes to handing out punishments.

ASki: regarding the fit and proper test, you're correct on the dates but forget that there was already a different hoop in place and the fit and proper thing was to beef it up. The premier league and FL had the chance to refuse entry into the league on 2 big reasons. firstly the stadium failed to meet standards and was open on one side. secondly they were almost in administration which would mean more penalties going their way. It was obvious the cash situation was dire and the ownership situation wasn't correct and everyone had a chance to give Blackpool the heave ho they deserved. They then however decided on being a bank and gave Blackpool the money to pay the players bonus and wages, plus do the stuff to bring the ground up to standard and even build a new stand to stop one side being open. They even allowed them to play their home games away because the ground wasn't ready in time. So I'm sorry but Blackpool and I mean Oyston broke the rules and should never have been promoted, and should have gone into administration and maybe out of business. With everything that's happened in the recent past, Luton, Leeds, Chesterfield, Rotherham, Coventry I think Blackpool got a great deal of unfair advantage just like West Ham did over the Tevez situation at the expense of the blunts <ok>

add Leeds to that list - you should have been relegated to the bottom of the pyramid like Rangers when you formed a newco!!

We did and it was the last game before the season started so the team was settled and had put in a couple of nineties but we still lost our opening games....:emoticon-0148-yes:

he dedicated his life to Leeds, he identified gaps in the field that no-one else had seen before (burnley goal), he was scrutinised and grilled by opposing defences. Of course i doubt he could write a 150 page thesis, but his match commentary's are like reading a 150 page thesis... and, from a benefit to society perspective, are a fine cure for insomnia.

Not sure what you're beef is really! And its from Leeds Poly let's not forget.... you can pick up a degree from there free in a packet of crisps.

The bag of crisps costs approx £45k.
But perhaps anyone stupid enough to take out a loan for a course that has no benefits in improved prospects or higher long term salary should be automatically turned down as not being intelligent to benefit from higher education.

Far too many tax dodgers at plastic unis doing pointless meeja studies or drama courses at the minute.
