I see the foxes are buying strikers and now Cambell from Cardiff looks like going their too. So what about young Wood as a replacement for Ross. The kid scores but I'd like to find out why Pearson had him behind Nugent in the pecking order
My mate re-wired his house a few weeks ago (in Huddersfield) and he was adamant he was going to Everton bit different ending up at Palarse lol
Apologies Elland, for a second I forgot who we were playing....maybe we could lend them our goalie for the 2nd half.......
Doc do you think we should go with the younger kids even if some might not be ready. At least they'd want to play for the club and may be more committed. It would be a gamble and it may result in a relegation battle and also hurt the young lads confidence if they were getting hammered week in week out. But it might result in the opposite.
Shakes players like Delph, Howson, Dawson, Mowatt, Byram showed a different quality from the likes of Parker, Poleon and White. I think as long as we dont throw them all in at once, and manage their progress correctly, we could end up with a new good crop. A classic case in point is the 17-year old kid from NI, I saw him interviewed and he comes over as a strong character just champing at the bit to bang in the goals, and do much better than young Dom Poleon who I'm afraid will never make it. Young McDaid is fast, strong and has more skill than many of his mates will ever have .... if they're good enough, they're old enough, we have to give them a shout. We gave new contracts to 6 kids and if we weren't looking to use these kids in time, Cellino wouldn't have signed them. I think Cellino is bringing in Italian youngsters with a view of selling them for a profit and then being able to insert kids as replacements, which makes a lot of sense and beefs up the transfer kitty for the future.
Labour’s latest proposed tax on fun is a 5% compulsory levy on Premier League football TV revenues, announced by Harriet Harman this morning. The Premier League already contribute £1.3 billion in tax revenues to the government annually, so it is inevitable that the cost will be passed on to fans. What a bunch of jokers.
Good morning Eire I wrote to MC asking him to consider the following wingers who I thought would improve the team Dale Jannings from Barnsley 300k Chris Burke Brum freebie but as Brum got him on a free probably want good wages Jamie Murphy Sheff U 200k Gradel I feel will be out of our depth both in wages and fee I see that one I like has gone on loan to Forest Jack Hunt a Leeds lad good right back Sam Winnal who we have been linked with as well has gone to Barnsley for man undisclosed fee
Any news on Viviani yet? I've seen a couple of people claim on twitter that its a done deal this morning, but I trust twitter about as far as I can throw it
As long as it's scrapped before we get there the tax needs to be much much higher on the premier league.
