Mighty thanks fot your input,think it could be a business,just need people who are prepared to put up a few quid and graft.also rentals here are still pre 2008 kin arsehole, I have worked on summer camps for kids,was amazing,love seeing the kids learn. My father in law had a english school here,my bro in law is an english teacher.
