Leeds United are in talks with former Arsenal, Manchester City and Reading goalkeeper Stuart Taylor, according to the Daily Mail.

The 33-year-old keeper was released from the Royals at the end of the season, meaning the experienced shot-stopper is in search of a new club.Leeds are in talks to bring in the goalkeeper and he is expected to join, with Paddy Kenny told he is free to leave the Yorkshire club this summer.

Taylor has made 72 appearances during his career, and would provide Dave Hockaday’s Leeds side much-needed experience in goal.

Sounds promising along with the other one mentioned Mirco Antenucci scored nearly 40 goals between them, both Italian so hopefully would have an understanding together aged 25 and 29 so a few seasons in them yet. If we got these two and the Italian Keeper we are linked with I would just want Cellino to buy back ER as promised and then as far as I am concerned it would be a massive improvement. Obviously we need a few more in but this is the type of player I expected us to be looking at not the Andre Blackmoore and Stuart Taylor type

He did not let ANY goals in last season for Reading. Even when he went out on loan to Yeovil, he kept clean sheets all games he played

 

He's been saving himself

 

He'll be a good 2nd choice behind that Italian kid from Roma if we sign the two of them.
