    All 24 Championship clubs met in London yesterday (Wednesday April 9) to consider proposed changes to the Championship’s Financial Fair Play (FFP) regulations following a review of the existing rules after two years of operation (without sanctions).

    Following the meeting, a Football League spokesman said: "Considerable progress was achieved on potential improvements to the current regulations following a constructive debate between clubs. In particular, there was a focus on maintaining fair competition between clubs, in light of the substantial increase in Premier League parachute payments brought in since the introduction of FFP.

    Clubs also considered the introduction of a 'real time' approach to financial reporting instead of the current retrospective analysis of club accounts.

    Whole thing seems a bit of a farce to me as virtually every club seems to run at a loss anyway

    Do you remember when we were about to get relegated from the Prem, I think Viduka deliberately (or was it Smith) got himself sent off.

    If he was skint I would suspect a betting issue. But as the **** has robbed god knows how much of us I guess he is just proving again he is a lazy ****er with no wish to play for LUFC.
