He'd still be as useful on the pitch as Hunt even after drinking the swimming pool

Morning all is it just me? Is nobody else a little anxious about Thursday?? Cellino might have got the decision from the QC but he hasn't been given the green light by the FL yet....

His comments regarding McD are the right words as he can't possibly sack him just yet, I believe a lesson learned and doesn't want to cause too much extra fuss until after Thursday wait till the end of the week, green light on Thursday and expect big changes!

The FL say they are meeting to discuss the outcome of the appeal. Remember the QC said "On the evidence that was before him" as the Italian court never said whether they had concluded if Cellino was dishonest or not. If the Italian court released the documents today (they have to do be released by the end of June - within 90 days of the court case) and those papers said they felt he was dishonest the FL decision to say no would stand. That's how I see it and why I think we haven't heard too much just yet.

Italian law states you can be found guilty but not dishonest or guilty and dishonest - The FL assumed he was dishonest hence why they said no.

    Just found this:

    http://www1.skysports.com/football/...ue-to-rule-on-massimo-cellinos-leeds-takeover

If they give him the go ahead on Thursday and later disqualify him then I am not sure what he is allowed to do or not do? Hand control to his son and take a 10% share????

Would a very wealthy man who has not got where he has without at least having some wits about him invest so heavily if he didn't have some idea what the verdict on "dishonest" or not was??

So Cellino hasn't really been given the all clear then, yet?

Yeah that's the part that I really don't understand either, and at this point, the part that worries me.

I am reading it that way, hence why I asked is it just me because with all the excitement of the ruling it is still the FL's decision to give the go ahead which they haven't done yet.

Massimo Cellino close to Leeds takeover after successful appeal over ban
    • Italian successfully appeals against being barred
    • But faces ban if Sardinian court says he was dishonest

My money is on a delay from them until the written reasons are released.

I still have a feeling that it was Kebe who Cellino meant in that interview not Hunt.

    Hunt denied it on twitter.

I think Cellino is just saying that about Brian but 1 or 2 more losses he's gone.

    Adam Pope @APOPEY
#lufc Eleonora Sport now own 75% of club officially with Massimo Cellino on board. It seems David Haigh has gone.

As anyone who has ever been on a transfer to an Italian ski resort can testify. When an Italian is driving the bus, fasten your seatbelt, close your eyes and hang on for dear life.

Interesting to note that our downgrade from Ferrari to bus is now complete.
