Morning all The second half of this series has been a shocking joke. After every game I'm reminded of Warnock's words when he took over as manager 'These Players aren't good enough'. Well they seem better than the current crap we've got now. McDonut should walk today but I doubt that is going to happen and as GFH have only seen this as an investment they're going to sell on we all know that they're not going to do anything. Bates may have been a ****er and a crook but at least he would put a threat under the players arses and get them playing again
A little piece of what I posted on the match thread after the game last night: Surely going into the dressing room to brief (presumably) angry players that you still don't know when they are going to get paid wasn't the best motivational move? Another winner, David
McDermott did say he thought the players were glad that at least someone from the club had come to speak to them though. Although obviously that should have been days ago and not just before a game.

Another nail in our coffin, Barcelona have been banned from any transfer dealings in next two windows due to some irregularities. That eliminates our chances of selling some of our stars on to the camp nou and raising much needed dosh in the summer. Everything going against us
Having Brown in CM wouldn't add a geat deal to our creativity in midfield, but it would certainly add some much needed steel. Time to bring Brown back.
Good point. I'm going to have to wait to see a holding midfield of Brown and Sergio Busquets then. Damn.
