Some bail when their club relegated to league one and cut their losses. Meaning they require the return on the cash they "lent". Relegated and then admin. #wouldntwanttobeawally
Well this time next year,we will have new owners top the league and you will be playing Port vale and Crewe. This time next year ay Rodney er Mighty
why where do you think we are going we are safe as houses we WILL win our next 2 problem solved only 7 points behind you
The way I see it.... a) Cellino could pay off the £300,000 wrangle with the Italians and then take forward a civil case to try and get his money back. Don't understand why he doesn't do that, he's sunk £10m in LUFC FFS b) When he takes over (if he does a) he then only pays the total amount to GFH less the amount he has lent them - so his lending has cost him nothing Then he sorts out the ****e and builds for next year. This whole scenario seems to be a rehash of what Bates did. First he made us stable (as GFH did), then he had strange ideas (GFH don't seem to have any ideas, so scrap that one) and started spending loads of money knowing he was about to sell up, which seems to be a parallel to GFH not bothering to spend any more money on costs knowing they are about to sell up - same result. If Cellino doesn't buy, I see we are in the doodoo. Flowers won't come in while GFH are in the picture and he won;t have the fans on board given the way he shafted the club with his insolvency tactic, he will want to see GFH suffer, so will wait for them to go into admin and then buy the club on the cheap if he can. That's my opinion As for Saturday, I think the team will come out fighting and end Burnley's recent good run
The fl statement has cleared the way for Cellino to buy providing he can win the case next week, so fingers crossed
1. As I understand it, this is a criminal offence, and payment will not be the only penalty if guilty, therefore this resolution is not available to him. 2. Only a madman would try to win a court case after already pleading guilty to the same offence in another court. Sort of undermines your case a bit, doesn't it?
