Cellino certainly believes the money is in the pockets of GFH, he thought/hoped the football league would sign the documents and okay it all. I expected today to hear Cellino is the new owner, the delay surely suggests he hasn't passed the fit and proper test. Haigh originally said approval could take a week or ten days but of course that's when he was scrambling around looking for money himself and it was convenient to use FL as an excuse. Now it's expected in a few hours. Wonder which is the case
