We're not a typical company. Therefore having lots of board members shouldn't result in lots more people taking salaries. Yes, when the club shows a profit, investers might take a dividend, or maybe they'll realise a profit if/when the club is sold on.

Never have and never will understand why people would chose to support a club that is not local to them - whether they are Surrey based Man Utd/Liverpool fans or even fans from different countries - why attach yourself to a club that's hundreds/thousands of miles away unless you are a "glory-hunter".
Can understand it if you or your families origins are from that area (then its in your blood) but these fans that have no right to support a team miles and miles away are pure plastic <ok>

Ristac, why do you say that BMD has wasted money? He's still building. The money he's spent on Murphy and Wooten is an investment for the future.
Firstly I do not believe for one minute that the manager signed Murphy for the future, he was signed expecting to make an immediate difference and you don't spend your transfer budget on players for the future when you are in a position we find ourselves in, neither do you purchase them when you have an abundance of players already playing in that position.

Murphy is 24 I would not say he is one for the future, he should be reaching his best years now, if he was any good we would then have at least 6 years out of him.

When you say an investment then that has already failed as Murphy will not be worth the money we paid for him, he must have already decreased in value.

Like Hall was one for the future. That is managers lingo for, I might have got it wrong but no point in letting on. Everything about us is for the future, the very distant one

Plastic fans - is it time for that old chestnut AGAIN ?

I used to go to Elland Road when I could but the 500 mile round trip made it a very expensive weekend. The games down south were a little easier of course. Glory hunter ? Well I didn't start going until the 80's and we were in the second division then.

Health issues have prevented me from going the last couple of seasons but I did get to blood my young son (both home and away) and he is a committed Leeds fan and can't wait to see them again. Will be going again in the future and I very often end up sitting next to someone who's flown in from Ireland or Norway or somewhere else (now that's committment for you).

Don't really care whether you regard me as a plastic or not and I don't care if you're one yourself. If you support the mighty whites that's good enough for me.

Two signs that your club is now officially ****:

1) You were happy to only lose 1-0 at home

2) Your biggest rivals are Millwall
