Looks like the tunnel could be closed fairly soon as well, if Frances borders are shut, the tunnel will most probably be shut and Ferries to and from France cancelled.

AFP quotes police sources as saying about 100 people have been killed in the Bataclan concert venue.

    Truly tragic if so!

First thing we need to do is start knocking down the mosques, this is England, how many non Catholic Churches are there in Rome?

Next stop bowing to pressure in our schools to not serve up pork, not to have nativity plays, if the Muslims don't like it don't move to England.

If you are willing to work and live by our way, our rules and our way of doing things, fine. If you are going to move to England, demand that your child is excluded from certain lessons, demand alternative food, demand a place of worship don't come.

We have made it far to easy for them (Isis) to walk amongst us and preach and radicalise people. It's not getting better either, surely we need more drastic measures.

I like the idea. Just won two on the trot, hopefully this keeps the momentum going. These are young lads and shouldn't be tired. They'd probably just go out on the piss if we let them rest <cheers>

Morning all. Good win last night, but somehow other events have shown there are bigger things going on than a friendly footy match. Hope all your friends & family aren't affected by what happened in Paris

Totally agree Boggers. Eire had a great result last night but as the scenes in Paris were unfolding, I didnt give a toss about the game anymore or the Leeds one. Maybe people need to pause and imagine if these atrocities were committed in London, Dublin or Leeds as could easily have happened. I feel numb today

Not meant to be funny....... Just watch as they pass any responsibility for the military response to the USA and us, and Hollande takes his political response from reich Marshall Merkel

This is 2015. The French won't be passing responsibility to anyone. This is one pay back they'll do themselves.
