Exactly sadly mate and ironically enough while I'm catching up with a full English in a cafe around the corner from the solicitor before I swear the oath soon, but if I'd been around then I would have joined in slaughtering him.
Hope today has been ok? On a lighter note, it is certainly legal to put the boot in retrospectively - he is trying to slip under the radar and pretend it is over - fool
Leeds United's trip to Newcastle in April has been chosen for a live Sky broadcast. Now kicks off on Friday, April 14 at 7.45pm. #lufc
Yes Marcos as it all went well, oath sworn to get the probate process started but because IHT is payable on the estate the HRMC forms that I signed with the solicitor yesterday will have to be returned to him by HRMC once they've done whatever they need to do and then the solicitor will send them off to probate registry to get probate underway. Solicitor said that it could take up to 2 weeks for HMRC to return the forms to him, but that so far we're ahead of schedule as things have gone smoothly so far.
Good luck if you're waiting on HMRC. One of our guys at work is still paying tax on the Company car we took back off him last July and has had notification that his tax is due to go up! My accountant hopes they will have it sorted by April - if not it will be next year costing me a fortune because I am covering the difference for him - just hope he remembers where that money comes from when he gets a rebate
