    What's that got to do with anything? Rebs et al. were arguing for punishment, above and beyond the 10 point reduction for going into administration, for financial mismanagement You argued against it. You said Rangers were unable to pay their NI and PAYE. I'm arguing they could have, they just chose to spend it elsewhere AS A RESULT OF FINANCIAL MISMANAGEMENT.

    And my point was that an investigation is still ongoing to see if there has been any financial mismanagement. You want to pronounce sentence before the verdict is in.

    It has been proven to the satisfaction of the courts that Rangers have not paid PAYE and NI since May 2011.

    For this, Rangers should be ****ed out of the SPL.

    I am sure you will now concede you were mistaken on this point?

    Should it transpire that there is criminality involved, then I agree with you. Rangers should face even further sanctions.
