The one sport where technology / AI could definitely make a positive difference... they can already monitor HIAs in Rugby through players gumshields ... happened yesterday in the Wales Ireland game ...

How can technology accurately judge something subjective like ring generalship though?

Agreed ... but I said 'make a difference' - not be definitive... but visual screen record of number of punches landed round by round would deter some of the more 'questionable' scoring...

Punches are only one of the four scoring criteria though.

They judge effectiveness, power punches etc and some judges like the one that's pressing the action. It's all very difficult to judge tbh.

Fans tend to just see what they want to see too.

Totally agree - but one of the reasons I've become disillusioned over the years is the obvious dishonesty in some scoring ... so anything that helps ...

Always been the same and the money men would just rig AI anyway if required. Catterall Taylor 1 was the worst I've seen for a while. He would've been unified champ and now he's unlikely to even be a world champion.

It's a mental sport where being 23g overweight brings more punishment than failing drugs tests lol.

He looks absolutely ****ed. Reckon he'll get stopped early.

Chris Jnr is a total twat.
Though I prefered Chris Snr to Nigel Benn, for this I am firmly in Connor's camp.
Even Chris Snr thinks his son is an absolute bell end and a disgrace and has stopped talking to him.
I hope Connor knocks him the **** out.

Benn is a drugs cheat and I hope he gets pulverised and Eddie hearn is a disgusting man that's gone a long with it and then put in a hydration clause on Eubank who's a clean fighter.

The absolute brass neck of the pair of them to be critical of a clean fighter that's 0.05 ounces above the limited at a weight he probably shouldn't be fighting at, when their man was caught red handed taking PEDS in the build up to the 1st planned fight is unbelievable.

Benn doesn't have any power, so he he'd been juicing and and getting away with it... Low and behold the KO power he mysteriously found vanished again along with his sted neck after getting caught.

Looks to me like he's been juicing again tbh.

I don't think the weight cut itself will affect Eubank too much it's the rehydration clause that will ruin him imo.

I'd like to Eubank win but can see him getting stopped tbh as he looks nearly dead.

Bit of a joke fight tbh.

Actually I was thinking the same thing at the weigh in. His neck and back all of a sudden have thickened out again.

Hearn is a scumbag he knows Benn cheated, but only sees the money and he's stacked al the cards in his man's favour including the rehydration clause and small ring.

It will be highly stomach turning if Benn wins, but I have a bad feeling he will.

It’s a circus but a circus that probably doesn’t happen at a higher weight and they’re both mugs whose only big money fight is this one. Eubank is **** and deserves things to be a bit against him against a much smaller boxer. As ever, it’s embarrassing they expect people to pay for it on top of a Sky subscription. If their dads weren’t who they are they’d both be nothing.

It's a bit depressing that even boxing is becoming less and less about peasants fighting their way out of the smoke.
