The Boardroom Reshuffle

Not a major story in anyway but I'd love to know how the Board operate as everything is shrouded in mystery. Anyone know why they've decided to do this?

Not sure why but there's obviously a specific reason. Doesn't really bother me, Les Reed is experienced and knows what he's doing!

I think they've done it to ease workload on Cortese, as up until now, he was the sole director.

Yeah that's what I thought just hope that it doesn't take away from Cortese Power. I completely trust Cortese and the Board so any change I assume is for the Best.

We are a private company, not a PLC, we don't legally have to have a board of directors.

It's good business practice to do so, but it's at the chairman's/CEO's descretion who he appoints for what reasons. I expect our board just consists of Cortese, Reed, the Finance Director and maybe the commercial guy.
