    Not sure why but there's obviously a specific reason. Doesn't really bother me, Les Reed is experienced and knows what he's doing!

    Was about to post this.

    I think they've done it to ease workload on Cortese, as up until now, he was the sole director.

    Cortese is probably just making sure the people he relies on will stick around

    Yeah that's what I thought just hope that it doesn't take away from Cortese Power. I completely trust Cortese and the Board so any change I assume is for the Best.

    We are a private company, not a PLC, we don't legally have to have a board of directors.

    It's good business practice to do so, but it's at the chairman's/CEO's descretion who he appoints for what reasons. I expect our board just consists of Cortese, Reed, the Finance Director and maybe the commercial guy.
