Can City continue their return to form with the arrival of the 7th placed Sheffield Wednesday? Only below us on goal difference, the Owls are finally looking like a potential playoff contender after a long run in the wilderness for the former Premier League club. As usual Russell's team selection is likely to play a key role in whether City continue to prosper or this has a dull nil nil stamped onto it.
Not much to call between the teams - records very even. Sheffield will be happy to take a point from this game and will make it difficult for us. I see a tight game with only a few chances each. Going for a draw - tempted to say goalless but will say - City 1 Wednesday 1 with Watt to score. Looking forward to welcoming back Glen Loovens who when paired with Roger Johnson were a great defensive force for City. Will never forget 2008 !
Damn, wanted to get in before BT. Unfortunately I agree with all of his comments so will go for 1 - 1 also. However, while I would like Watt to notch again, Kenwynne is overdue for a goal so he will be my scorer. Yes, 2008 was a milestone year - as opposed to 14 and 15 being millstones. I was sat in Faro Airport waiting for the plane home on cup final day (having booked my holiday months before when playing in an F A Cup Final wasn't even a pipedream.) Like about 40 other Cardiff fans at the airport I was sat there looking at my phone waiting for a message to say we had equalised or even won. It never came, sadly.
I hate having to agree with Stevo but 2-0 seems about right to me as well - Noone will probably have a blinder!! I'll have to go with at least one of them coming from Watt who looks like what we've been missing all season.
