Clayton and Leadbitter pulling the strings in midfield. Adomah running us ragged on the right wing. Our old nemesis Tomlin operating behind the strikers and Bamford knocking them in up front. After Saturday it is not very encouraging is it? Our best hope is Dimi Dropolotopus repaying some of the errors he made when on loan with us a few years ago but he is playing well having conceded more than 1 goal only twice since October. On that basis can we nick a goal and hold out. I don't think so, 3 - 1 to Boro. Morrison to net ours.
Boro 4 us 1 Whitts I normally follow a pessimistic prediction with 'hope I'm wrong'. Whilst my heart can't actually want us to ever lose my head thinks an absolute hammering could be the best thing that could happen to us long term. If Slade doesn't shut up shop and try and grind out a hardworking draw then I will lose whatever hope I had left he might turn it around. Thanks Sheep
Don't know what to think about this one. On the face of it I can't see City having a snowball's chance up there tonight, but on the other hand it's be just like us to go there and upset the form book I'll go for the middle ground again and go for a 1-1 draw with goal from one of our defenders from a set piece - I'll say Morrison again if he's playing, but have a feeling that Connolly might get the nod alongside Turner instead. If so, I'll go for him. Cheers Sheepy.
