Well, for what it's worth - my glass is half full - at least until 5pm today!!!! If we break the Craven Cottage 'hoodoo', then I feel we could scrape over the line and still be in the PL next season. Lose today and then I'd be amazed if we stay up!!!!
I wonder if we might have seen the last of 'inverted wingers!!!' <cheers>

I've got extra bottles of wine here in Vietnam. Just hope it's on TV so I can watch without a dreadful thread. No idea at all how it will go.

I'm not sure what's happened on here recently, it's all swap with the level of optimism!
I've gone from being majorly doubting under CH to being 100% confident of staying up now he's gone.
It's a win today lads for sure.
My thinking on this is simple we won at WBA they won at CR.
Fulham won at CR we will win there ! Simple.

Lucky sod, the only place you can get Wherry where I live is the local pub, 3.80 a pint!, Ruddles is a nice session ale and will have to do as there is a draught of Norfolk ale, it's all Suffolk swill around here. :(

Christ, you think that's bad, I was in the Lavenham Swan last week and the place is so far up it's own arse that they have the gall to charge £4.10 for Adnams bitter (£4.30 for Broadside <yikes>).
And some of their wines by the glass are £8.75 ... for a 175 ml <wah>

Snoddy saying that the players have bought into Adams new ideas, interesting to see what effect it has on the style of play.

Yeah but you get some lovely Tudor property to look at while you quaff the one pint you can afford!

Maybe, but the Bull in Long Melford is very similar and charges extremely reasonable prices - for both ale and scoff. It is a Greene King managed house, I suppose, but a fine pint of Old Golden Hen for £3.34* is not to be sniffed at.

    * I queried the price and it's because the beer duty went down by 1p in the recent budget, so dear magnanimous Greene King are passing this on to the public - while they circle like vultures looking for another small, regional brewer to swallow up and add to their burgeoning portfolio. :emoticon-0101-sadsm

You lot don't know how lucky you are. It costs me £8 for a pint of anything, although I'd gladly pay that for a pumped pint of any of the ales that you're talking about!

Sitting here with a can of Adnams. The game is live on TV here.
