I could have spelled out quite comprehensively what I thought about your collusion with Jayram and your delight at the first sign of an argument. But I felt that a tongue in cheek visual representation would be better suited to your delicate sensibilities

Its all rather odd - I never saw myself aligned with anybody.
I'll happily defend Jayram's right to voice - even if actually wrong. i often like HH's more technical comments (I don't feel able to pronounce on that). I point out our dear leader's need to have the last word and CYM normally can take a joke so well.
It seems 'taking sides' when actually merely agreeing sets off the call for denounciation.
Ah well.

 

I agree, let's leave bygones as bygones and try to start getting on with each other on here.

I take no delight in fighting with my fellow Arsenal fans. It's my opinion that the one common denominator in all of the spats on here was Jayram (it wasn't just with me either) he seemed to have an uncanny ability to draw other people into his dramas. Now that he's gone, and once the dust settles, I hope that we can see each other for who we really are, rather than through the filter of Jayram's rows.

I've actually had a few PMs with some people on here and I know that there's more common ground between us than there is difference.

It's my hope that we can actually get on with each other, and start getting behind our team. As for far too long this board has seemed like a battleground between fellow fans.

Being serious, you and Cym need to lay off the snide comments and harmony will exist, thats what seems to get people's backs up. I'm all for banter and tongue in cheek comments, but if we agree to not take things too far, I'm cool with that.

I'm with you 100% on that. For far too long there's been a division on here between Gooners and that riles me no end. I'm hoping that we can establish some unity on here, because I know there is more common ground between us than there are differences.
We should be untied against the opposition, not bitching with each other

 

the thing is, difference of opinion doesn't have to descend into witch-hunt. Pointing out our visitors' shortcomings is fair game - but some can be seen as good fun - banter if you prefer.
I certainly don't think it has to be all sweetness and light.

 

Agree It might grate a bit, but cast your mind back and you'll remember that the departed one chose to instigate the witch hunt path, when in fact for most people, the banter would have rolled straight off.

The Mail reporting that Arry will leave. Despite his poor management towards the end of the season, I am not so sure Spurs would do that much better without him.

 

I think 'Arry's admission on TV that the Spuds are basically sloppy seconds to the England job has riled the spuddies. Some of them were calling for him to leave when he was flirting with the job, now he's come out and said that he wanted it, they want him out.

Classic Arry though in that interview the other day, dodging questions about Modric and VDV and then rambling on endlessly about his own contract with Spurs and how much Danny and him get along
