Green has been moved aside and will eventually walk. He is readying himself to leave and cash in going out the door. Investors have told Green to get his act together.
It was Murray who got the investors on board with the VCT and EIS status granted to new businesses. Murray and Green have had some major disagreement. Murray may be worried about his rep and is asking the type of questions which Green and his associates on the board don't like. Murray may look like Sir Les Patterson of the Barry Humphries variety, but he is no fool.

Murray is staying to after the first set of books ( are made up) , well they are not
Audited, so no doubt they will show fine figures. Green has promised them in
two weeks, but he didn't clarify which two weeks. I myself reckon it will be
some two weeks in July, around the 12th as all good Huns will have their
minds elsewhere. It would be merely coincidental that Green will be able to
sell his 1p shares at that time and motor down to Sheffield.
