FA and UEFA could not stand in the way of SEVCO playing in other countries, however, they can lay down rules and regulations of entry and competition for their tournaments. SEVCO can play a whole series of friendliest anywhere in Europe, but national leagues are private members clubs and lay down entry qualifications. Otherwise, how could we not all claim to enter Wimbledon and The Open Golf Championship every year. Criteria are laid down by UEFA and they have a right to do so. SEVCO fail to meet those criteria and as such would be excluded. Greens plan is based in the assumption that SEVCO would waltz straight into the EPL.....errr. Don't think so. SEVCO would wallow in the lower divisions for many years and due to lack f quality playing staff may never emerge.

Best hole for them is that UEFA organise regional European leagues, but these would only be open to top division sides and certain financial history would also apply.

GREEN IS INCREASINGLY DESPERATE. OH WHAT A TANGLED WEB WE WEAVE.

Craig whyte pulled the plug not HMRC. Duff and phelps were appointed by him after going into voluntary administration. He did so because the debt to HMRC was now at a significant stage where HMRC's refusal, and they always refuse, in the cva would mean liquidation without needing the BTC verdict.

The reality is everybody at the old club knew what was going on. The board tried to block the sale, and when they failed, they all left. Also Walter smith decided to leave knowing fine well what was coming and tried to convince Mccoist not to take the job. The only ones who didn't were rangers fans and that was for a number of reasons. 1. thinking we were taking the piss when we told them and 2. the shoddy journalism from the media.

The question is as Mccoist said recently what was whytes plan for the club? Considering he has given personal guarantees and stands to lose a fortune what exactly was he up to?

Silly Timmy, don't you know the downfall of Rangers was motivated by sheer bigotry and hate from the hateful bigots at the BBC, HMRC, SFA, SPL, SFL, Online Bloggers, The Daily Rhebel, Timmy Thompson, Alex Salmond, Uncle Tom Cobley and the fiendish hand of cowardly forces - namely "Chinky" Lawell?

Craig Whyte gave Rangers the Joan Collins special, but only because poor Minty was puir conned so he wis. Only James Knox Traynor and Keith Union Jackson saw him for what he was, a crookster, a huckster, a tricky trickster, a weasal and a charlatan and quite possibly wan o them.

The only fly in the ointment for the dashing duo is that the financial skulduggery Whytey was employed in could not be reported as it was super secret, hush hush because it was all within legal realms and possibly sub judice . But by God this modern day Woodward and Bernstein made up for it after Whyte had been exposed as an agent of the Holy See, they tore him to shreds and went on to report every little dirty secret they had kept to themselves. It makes you wonder why they could not report on these facts as they were happening but could freely do so after it appeared the law might step in?

Silly me, what am I thinking?

I was tempted to look for it if only to see what lies they were touting, I suspect I can guess fairly accurately exactly what they will say so I did'nt bother.

VC? Dont know what that stands for.

Whyte stands to lose his wealth because he gave a personal guarentee. Therefore he is liable for the debt personally and ticketus can take what he owns and sell it too recoup there loses. Whyte though he had secured his money via a floating charge on Ibrox but the administrators declared it void and left him with **** all. Ticketus have started court proceedings against whyte already.

Not convinced whyte gambled on champion league success, as at the time they could have lost the BTC and he would have still been out of pocket. To me it appears he gambled on liquidating the club and then having the administrators sell it back to him debt free, but was stopped by the SFA (something rangers fans have yet to thank them for).

I would think it quite unlikely for a programme on "Rangers" TV to be truthful when the narrative circulated and promoted by persons in charge at Ibrox has been little else but lies.

Is Charlie Green beginning to wind down Rangers International . It is rumoured in
some of today's media that he has given the board an ultimatum that it is either
Murray, the Chairman, or him. The board must decide, between Green or Murray.
Is Charlie Green trying to get his £5 m 's worth of shares that cost him only a
Very small fraction of what everyone else paid.

It's explained a little clumsily in the article.

Newco haven't paid the full debt - just what they negotiated to pay and the reason they've paid it is it was a condition of being able to transfer the license.

Basically, paying these debts up (or whatever part of them you can get a creditor to agree to) is a lot easier than getting non-existant accounts audited for 3 years.

Rapid are still chasing "Old Rangers" (as they called them) for the full amount - meaning, presumably, that Newco would be due some of this money back if Oldco pay it.

The gloves seem to be off at Rangers International, reports coming out
of Ibrox indicates that all is not well between Charlie Green and his
Chairman. Green has given the board notice to get rid of Chairman
Murray. Most people would think that Ranger International fans
have had enough of a "Murray" to do them.
The Chairman has asked for a couple of weeks until the days get
longer, to give him time to list Green's wrong doings but even the days
in April wouldn't be long enough to detail Green's miscreants.
    Fun times ahead.

This bollocks doesn't stand up to even the most rudimentary levels of scrutiny.
