Nah its two different things. One is about tax law and the other about football registration.

What is a selskabstommer? An implement used in extreme sport?

No I posted his name in connection with a company named Mamjam and then subsequently a tax avoidance scheme with Casedirector/Innovator One availed of by many high profile footballers of the early 2000's.

The Collyer Bristow link is coincidental.....but quite entertaining.

Do you care enough to read the background stuff on the tax case. The last report I had from you was that you hadn't the time, I am waiting
patiently for your considered opinion before forming my own.

I know what you mean EC but there is a link. If the panel decree that the EBTs were simply loans and as such need not be registered with the SFA, but the same EBTs are later decreed to be actual payments then the SPL would have to reverse the decision of the panel or at least look at them again. Now I say this in the knowledge that we live in Northern Ire..........sorry Scotland and in 18 months time or so, the MSM will claim that the decision has been made and cannot be reversed, but in the respect above they are in fact linked. If they are loans, then they may not need to have been registered, but if they are in fact payments, the they would HAVE to be registered.

    They are linked.

    A question.

Is anyone on here aware of any time that QC or Trev have actually made a logical coherent point in any of their posts.

Any I have read seem to be simplistic infantile name calling.

Yep, that's about the gist of it. Black is white, up is down, left is right and lies are funny/desperate depending on who's telling them.

Oh and don't worry if they say you are "Beeling", that's just their way of ignoring the point.

Rebelsevco I take it that you now realise that the question you were asking someone, when you were Rebel bhoy was indeed a
stupid question suitable only for some young idiot from the hills and heather of Derry. I won't embarass you now, by answering
that pointlees idiotic question, the answer is obvious to anyone who knows the situation and doesn't rely on internet or maybe the
worse of Derry media to attain his so called knowledge.

I don't know what enjoyment you derive from pretending to be a Celtic supporter or writing in ******ed riddles but I'm going to leave you to it now.

Rebelsevco, bye bye then. I am glad you are leaving me in such an amicable way, if you ever need to know something that you cannot
find on the net or in the Derry journal give me a shout. I will always be pleased to help a fellow Celt, even a lost boy.
