I reckon you spend more time looking and pointing out every time someone mentions Rangers than Albatross does actually writing about them.

Yep, that's about the size of it. Nev's a good laugh and used to have good patter but all he does now is criticise other people for doing what he's been doing for years, taking the piss out of the opposition.

I am delighted you have me on your ignore list , Dev, as actually it says you making
A bollocks of yourself making stupid replies. Unfortunately you cannot practice self
Co trio and take an odd peep. The standard of this thread has improved greatly since
You stopped your pathetic replies.

I am surprised you still keep Trevor, or as you call him your wee pet name, Nev,
Is still one of your most frequent correspondents, did you met up in jail , or have
You adopted a homeless Hun for Christmas. Fair play to you both, the two of you.
Usually agree.

A couple of points MD as Sevco or your lot call rangers are new, we feel it would be
Very remiss if we didn't give them a mention. We are hoping we can encourage the
Fans of this new club to interact verbally, so that in ten years time or so if Sevco
are in Europe the fans will behave like humans and not animals. Also surely
after doing our charity work, you cannot blame us for having a wee laugh.
Decades of over spending, not paying your bills the club dying and now the tribute
team not able to beat ten men Elgin, really MD you would have to laugh yourself.

Lol eamon holmes, you bears are crazy

SICKENED telly host Eamonn Holmes told viewers yesterday how Rangers fans were abusing him on Twitter.

The Sky News presenter revealed he’d been subjected to “violent vitriol” from Gers supporters.

And within minutes of his comments in a live broadcast he received MORE attacks from Light Blues followers.

Holmes was discussing footy fans’ tweets with sports reporter Jacquie Beltrau when he described some as “Neanderthal” and “foul mouthed”. He added: “Yesterday I had violent vitriol from Bradford and Glasgow Rangers.

“There’s a lot of angry people out there. There’s good people but a lot of angry thugs.”

Moments later, he looked up from his desk’s live Twitter feed and said: “They have started already.”

One post for Belfast-born Holmes, from a fan calling himself Apollo, read: “Thought you were a bit brave mentioning abuse from Rangers supporters. What’s your background again?”

David Woodward wrote: “Not wise to get digs into the 140-year-old club, porky. It’s always remembered.”

Last night John Macmillan, secretary of Rangers Supporters Association said: “If Mr Holmes has had abusive tweets it’s unacceptable.”

CHARLES GREEN doesn’t do sound bites. Not when he can deliver huge big chunks of rhetoric.

Yesterday this Yorkshire terrier snapped his jaws around the ankles of league reconstruction and cut it to the bone.

His Rangers weren’t invited to the talks and the decision to vote on a 12-12-18 structure which leaves the club in the bottom tier for the second year running, even if the route to the top flight is not any longer than it would be if the status quo is retained.

That’s not Green’s beef but he is adamant the new league set-up, complete with splits and the resetting of points to zero for some clubs after 22 games, is a complete farce. So much so he wants no part of it. He gets it from a financial point of view – and insists SFL chairmen will have to vote for the proposals if they want their clubs to flourish – but Green is adamant that football-wise it is a dog’s dinner.

And he has no doubt the idea has been floated by SPL chairmen who are terrified at the prospect of seeing gate receipts decline even further than they have this season – so much so that they’ve offered the SFL a much larger share of the spoils in return for adopting the new league set-up.
“You get nowt for nowt,” (Cornball cliche) he told Talksport. “The SPL clubs are giving away money – why? (pointless questions)

“This is a body of people who never wanted to give anything up and never wanted to change the distribution model and now they have become Mother Theresa because they are giving all this money down to the leagues below them. “The reason they are doing that is because their gates are falling off the wall. They’ve got no attendances and won’t sell season tickets next year. “Who is going to buy a Celtic season ticket next year when there is no Old Firm? Half of the Celtic fans bought season tickets this year because they thought Rangers would be playing against them. They were buying them in May and June. (Obsessed with Celtic)

“They are not going to buy 40,000 as they’ve done historically when there are no Rangers games. I have had loads of Celtic people come and tell me that. (Outright Lies) And really, why would you? You can walk up to any SPL game and buy a ticket and cash is tight. “But it will be very attractive to Football League clubs and I wouldn’t criticise a Football League club, who like every other club are struggling for cash at the moment.

“If we see a model where people can get twice or three times the amount of money they’ve got historically then they should vote for it. “As a finance model it might be fantastic but we are talking about what is good for the fans and good for the game. “A director of a Football League club would have to vote for it. He’d be in breach of his fiduciary duties if he didn’t. “But if you ask them if they think this is transforming Scottish football, if this is the renaissance, if this is going to bring freshness into the game, he’ll say no. (Baseless opinions)

“But it is going to give him more cash and he can run his business better. There has to be change. But if you look at what is on the table today, it is a 12-team top division, which is what we already have, so what’s the change there? “The First Division has 10 and is going to have 12, so that’s not a meteoric change, and then we bundle everybody else into an 18-team Third Division. “But from a football point of view, after the top league breaks when everyone has played each other home and away, the teams at the bottom of the top division go back to zero points. “There could be a 10-point difference but they start the second half on zero points and could get relegated. The sad thing is nobody knows what’s going on and they’re not asking the fans.

“They did last year and it was the fans who decided that Rangers should go down. We accepted our punishment and got on with our lives. (More lies)

“What we are seeing now is not just Rangers fans but every fan in Scotland who is against this proposal. (Even more lies) I’m told it is 90 per cent so clearly no one is listening to the fans. “For Stewart Regan to come out with the comment: ‘This is it’ – well, put a paper out at Hampden and see how many fans sign up to it. There won’t be very many.”

Green confirmed he’d be advising Rangers to explore the possibility of moving out of Scottish football, although it is highly unlikely they would find a league to play in by the time the ball starts rolling next season.

He said: “We have a board meeting at the end of this month and I would be advising my board to explore the options of leaving Scottish football.
“We are now a fully quoted company, I am chief executive and my obligations are to the club, its shareholders and fans and I couldn’t recommend that our long-term best interests are served by remaining in Scottish football. It’s just madness. “As the structures stand now there aren’t many options but I am not one for hiding my light behind a bushel.” (Another cliche)

As the six players he’s currently fighting for allegedly breaching their contracts in the summer might just be about to find out. Allan McGregor, Kyle Lafferty, Steven Naismith, Steven Whittaker, Jamie Ness and Sone Aluko may find themselves hauled before a Hampden board and Green is not for letting the issue lie. He said: “We had our first hearing on Monday and there’s no doubt the legal teams advising the players expected it would be thrown out on jurisdiction and that didn’t happen.

“We’ve now got until the 21st for both parties to reach certain points and make submissions to the commission, otherwise, failing any agreement, the chairman will make a judgement in terms of jurisdiction. “We want to make sure this is heard fully and we continue to believe these players breached their contracts. “What will happen now is these players will have to give evidence. They’ll have to come and sit in a room at Hampden, so they won’t be training or won’t be playing on a Wednesday night because they’ll be sat at Hampden waiting to be called. (Spitefulness)

“So all the managers who have been told it will all be swept under the carpet and that it will all be finished are in cloud cuckooland.” (Taunts)

And we thought Romanov was bad?

All 41 members of the Scottish Football league and SPL are in a very difficult position
First of all they cannot have Sevco at the meeting as Sevco are not members and
cannot participate. Mr Green has repeatedly said his club would not join the SPL.
This makes it very difficult for fellow clubs to know what to do with Sevco,

The one thing Celtic fans cannot do no matter how they try, they cannot damage
Rangers International good name. Rangers International have employed three
people to that for them, Charlie Green, Ally McCoist and James Traynor left alone
these three men will surely destroy what is left in Govan.

As far as I know Manchester City police don't want Rangers to play in Manchester,
I am not sure why, but where in England would Rangers play their home matches.
Does anyone know what area in England is the Blue Square Bets Premier League
Based.

Scottish media has always been full of ex rangers players managers etc, but it is worse nowadays.
Clyde has Johnstone, Wishart, Dalziel, yet no Celtic representative. Radio shortbread has Murdoch McLeod, but the rest such as Derek Ferguson are ex rfc. The press is full of them as well.

This is simply to allow SEVCO to get away with murder. No criticism of Green or The Pie Guzzler. Green will savage the SEVCO fans when he has to do a second share issue and true to form, they don't financially support their club, they would rather put it into the hands of the dodgy and e institutions.
The rangers packed media will not ask any in depth questions of Green and they will regret not doing so.

Our media is packed with bias, as it always has been, but nowadays it is much much worse. They will regret not pushing Green in their questioning and articles.
