....with Chelsea losing 3-1 in the final minutes why didn't good old Jose go over to the Southampton dugout and shake hands with Koeman? That's a habit he was fond of doing last season...............

Bigger question, why did he do the first interview?
He went mad a couple of weeks back when the home manager (Martinez) went before him because he had to travel.

Jose has little logic or sense. He is a very emotional guy which turns him loopy really fast.

And now - can you please give us a list of his bad points ?
 
Hi is a tad fiesty and unpredictable, but to be fair ,he usually does shake hands with opposing managers, though with Wenger it's usually done while looking the other way.
I think he is suffering a lot at the moment, maybe self inflicted, but he's not in a good place.
