I really can't see where you're getting this idea from. With a 4-5-1, 4-3-3, whatever you want to call it.. you're saying that a formation that uses one striker and two wingers, will not employ a striker and a right winger at the same time?
Although I don't watch a lot of European football, the BBC describe Hulk as a forward who can also play on the wing. Apparently he scored 21 goals this season which seems to be more the record of someone playing up top and not on the wing unless you're a winger like Stu Elliott or, to a lesser extent, Ronaldo. But as I said, I don't watch a lot of European football so could be talking complete cack
Seems to be the opposite as far as I can see. I think he's just a very attacking minded winger (right winger with a left foot) the amount of goals you see him score from cutting inside is ridiculous.

Sturridge for Lampard (if he has to pull out) imo would be far better. Adam Johnson has the class to unlock tight and packed defences. Beyond belief that Adam Johnson is overlooked for Stuart Downing and now another poor choice in Jordan Henderson. ffs.

Demba Ba could also be about to shift, he's got a release clause in his contract that let's him join anyone who bids £7M for him so long as the deal is sorted by the end of June. His agent earns his money getting these clauses in deals for him. Free transfer last summer, knock down fee of £7M this summer.

The only player he can sign will be Gylfi Siguardsson because he isnt a Swansea player yet but he has agreed terms and a fee with the club. He has just gone on hoilday which has stalled the move
Indeed. But there is nothing to stop the other 3 swansea players doing a Grant Holt and slapping in a transfer request is there ? like ive said, its only rumour and speculation for now which is what this thread is about. To be honest with you IMO only SIGUARDSSON is upto Liverpools standards.
If Jordan Henderson and Stewart Downing are Liverpool standard then Scott Sinclair and Joe Allen are aswell
