Now if this is the case Liverpool are a laughing stock more than ever. Gold wont give details other than its in the hands of the lawyers to confirm one way or another. What a farce.!!!

According to the League loan rules, season-long loans can always be recalled in January. But having said that, the rules were broken before with Gulacsi.

Surely pretty much any clause can be installed in any given deal as long as the dotted line is signed though? In this case a non-recall clause... especially in a case where a future fee has been agreed upon West Ham's survival. Regardless, someone in the hierarchy at either West Ham or Liverpool is a complete twat. Liverpool reckon they can recall, West Ham don't. Someone hasn't read the small print.
