****. I'd forgot what this thread was about. So hoying him in against spurs was unfair. So we'll hoy in against City instead. Hmmm Against spurs he was utter dog chod. There is no getting away from that fact. But against city he was top class.
Ha ha. Sorry Crumble but this will never ever cease to make me laugh out loud. One of the best threads of all time.
For such a big lad I was very surprised at how good he was on the ball. His debut will be sharp forgotten. Bayern Munich don't sign donkey's!!
Please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, but I assumed against Spurs he was played in the back four and against City he was a holding midfielder. Is that not the case?
I wasnt going to write him off as a bad player off one performance, I'm not going to get my hopes up about him being a star player after one performance either. Lets see how consistent he is over a few games, and hoping he doesnt get injured
He's played a lot more of his games CM for Schalke last couple of seasons, wasn't a surprise to me that he did well. It did surprise me how composed he was on the ball though, I'd certainly keep him in there. Kone is a ****ing beast, by the way. An absolute monster of a man and looks ****ing decent as well. Sam has done well I just hope it's not too late.
