He's still entitled to his opinion, even if the team he supports isn't directly involved in the promotion chase.

If anything, his input as a neutral holds far more value than the rest of us just going...

    "My teams the best!"

    "No, my teams the best!"

"No way, I've seen my team the most, we're the best!"

But, back to the sensible, I would definitely take a 1-1 draw and a joint promotion party at your place :)

In terms of league position Cardiff are the best side at the moment (due to league position) BUT there are still numerous points to play for. And any team can play pretty, pretty tap-tap football and lose the majority of matches. The two best teams will be discovered at the end of the season, and at the end of the day does it honestly matter which team has finished 1st or 2nd by however many points - as both teams will have won the right to play in the PL, getting oodles of money from Murdoch's empire, and this season will be just a pleasant taste on the club's lips next season

Im one is entitled to their opinion. Even Leeds fans

Cardiff will hit some bad form eventually but the difference from this year to others is they have a 10 point gap

So how do you think we feel. Our top scorer has 8 goals. We haven't got a player in the top 20 scorers in the league. All that and we are joint second top scorers in the league.

However, we've 8 or 9 players that have scored 4 goals or more.

It may be why we haven't had a blip as there is no reliance on any one player to score.

We've a miserly defence as well. The main reason we haven't got the best defensive record is because of the 14 goals we conceded in 4 games.

Leeds fans lost the battle and the war on their board so pipe up with ' I know best because I'm neutral and Cardiff are ****, lucky, cheats.' Not bitter or gutted at all.......
Don't know where we'd be without that sort of intelligent input. Oh wait I've got it we'd just be a bunch of ****tards waiting for a Leeds fan to enlighten us. I'd best look out though he might say I'm gay again...

If we do get to the PL we'll be sure to tell your great rivals the mancs how you're doing as they ain't seen much of you recently

    I can't be arsed to read the whole thread but I will say this;

If Hull City were ten points clear at the top of the table and some cheeky **** started a thread with the title this one has I'd shoot one straight across their bows.
As would most Leicester fans if they were ten points clear.

Cardiff are, at the moment, quite comfortably the best team in the league.

The table does not lie this far into the season.

    IMO.

What he's on about mate, as you can probably judge from his reply, is that the Leeds knobheads got a second arsehole ripped out of them on their own board by a few Cardiff posters with more football savvy than the ****ing lot of them up there put together.

Some of them are so far up their own arsehole they get to chew their food twice.

This knobhead is a prime example of the pillock culture that infests their board. Has beens who can't face it and resort to the usual abuse of us "small" clubs.

In the meantime, Cardiff, Leicester, Hull and Watford can only sit back and admire their wonderful past, and should just be ever so grateful that they are allowing the four of us to be at the top of the division. <ok>

Yup agreed, you're entitled to your opinions - even cretins have human rights.

As for banter - your limits usually extend to sheepshagging, and that pressures your intellect to breaking point. Next thing is you look for a "funny" image because that pea you call a brain runs out of words.

Being Welsh seems to make us such an easy target for pillocks like you and others from whatever club who lack the ability to talk football. However, most prefer having a good laugh over the game and some decent chat rather than the crap you inflict on the forums.

As for getting someone to suck your plums YBH/YNBK, I wouldn't risk it if I were you - it could damage the few brain cells you've got left that obviously live down there.

Anyway, back to the thread - Cardiff is the best team overall in the Championship - it's also 22 points ahead of the pile of **** that you support. <ok>

Best team at the moment is Cardiff - the table doesn't lie. What the rest of the chasing pack hope for is they become the worst team in the division for the remaining 16/17 games, so we can claw them back. Do they play the best football? Who cares... they play the most effective football. Every team below would change position with them in a heart beat!

I would suggest (and obviously some bias here) Watford are one, if not THE, most improved team this season so far. We had to integrate a new manager, many new players and a new style of football. We are ahead of where we thought we would be, so even to be talking about an automatic promotion spot in February is fantastic. If we are still talking about this come April, I think most fans would be ecstatic.

The Championship is a great division, and the 'best' team deserve promotion - so good luck to you all, and don't mind any of you coming up with us  <whistle> <ok>

I started this thread with that title because many of us have seen our teams play Cardiff and also watched them on tv and I personally, and I know others share this view, have not seen them play well. As i've mentioned before we played Cardiff off the park, had 65% possession hit the bar three times and lost 0-1, does that make them the better side because they won? Did anyone think that Chelsea were the better team when they beat Barcelona?

I wanted to read views from opposing fans and of course Cardiff fans because I was interested to find out how they view their team.

In my opinion the aim of the game is to score more goals than your opponents (or at least avoid defeat). As Cardiff are 10 points clear it is evident that that they are the best are getting results and, as such, the best in the league at the present time.

You can say that you had 65% possession and hit the bar 3 times but all of that is irrelevant if you cannot put the ball in the onion bag. Shots may as well go out for a throw in as hit the woodwork - it is still a miss. Last season Hull City regularly played teams off the park and had twice as many shots as our opponents but we simply failed to score enough goals so missed out on the play offs.

I don't know if you are asking a different question to the one in the subject header. Are you asking which team plays the most attractive football?

That has become my understanding of the question.

But even still, is there any way to truly answer that?

Of course everyone will say that it's them!
