If we had a young Gerrard, Beckham and Scholes to pinpoint crosses right on to his ****ing static head as he stands immobile next to a centre back, then I guess he's the man. look, it's not his fault, but he cost nearly as much as Carroll and we've get equally as much an idea about how we're going to use him. I got false hope when he played against Bournemouth early on, as he did move and make space (he can do it, I have no doubt). Whether by instruction or volition he's not done that since.
